1. Licensing or certification and good standing in your primary profession Attorneys: Active membership in the state Bar of your state of residence. Mental Health Professionals: current active state license according to your degree. Financial Consultants: must be currently licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). (Significant tax experience is helpful.)
2. Have completed two-day Training sponsored or approved by the Collaborative Law Institute of Georgia.
3. Sign the commitment and adhere to the CLIG Standards of Conduct and Guidelines.
4. Paid annual membership dues which will include IACP dues.
5. Adhere to the Standards of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).
